Orders are normally processed within 1-2 business days. We aim to despatch orders received before 13:00hrs, the same day, however we cannot guarantee this service during busy periods, for large/pallet orders or orders received before the weekend.
Orders are processed for delivery on business days only. We do not roast or process orders on weekends.
We send out all UK Mainland orders using Royal Mail or FedEx. Please be aware that during busy periods we might take an extra day to dispatch orders and although Royal Mail and FedEx offer next day delivery this is not a guaranteed service.
UK Mainland delivery:
250g to 1.75kg will be dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked.
2kg to 20kg will be dispatched via FedEx Tracked.
20.01kg+ will be dispatched in multiple packages and split depending on quantity and weight.
