Refund policy

Perishable Goods / Returns Exemption.

Jittr Coffee Co’s perishable goods are defined here as coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of perishable goods orders, however if you are in anyway unhappy with your purchase, please contact us via email at support@jittr.co.uk.

*Non-perishable Goods / Returnable.

Jittr Coffee Co defines its non-perishable goods as, but is not exhaustive of, t-shirts, hoodies, mugs, and coffee cups. Before returning your item, please get in touch via email at support@jittr.co.uk so we can best assist in a smooth returns process.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Damages and issues.


Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
You can return your item hassle free if you are not happy or discover a fault with the item.


We kindly ask that the following is complied with: 



To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Your receipt with an order reference number (prefixed with ‘#JTR_’) can be found in one of three places:

  1. If you created an account within our online platform, you can access your order history which will show you the corresponding order reference number. The link can be found here: https://jittr.coffee/account/login

  2. An email and/or SMS message will have been sent to you containing your order confirmation – this will also contain your order reference number.

  3. If you have a Shopify Shop App account, your order history can be found under your account details.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be actioned to be applied back to your original method of payment within 28 working days.
 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items* if they are defective. If you need to exchange like for like, please get in touch via email at support@jittr.co.uk.
 

Wrong Address

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable).

Jittr Coffee Co is not responsible for covering the cost of shipping for the returning of your item(s).
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
