Shipping policy
Perishable Goods
Orders are normally processed within 1-2 business days. We aim to despatch orders received before 13:00hrs, the same day, however we cannot guarantee this service during busy periods, for large/pallet orders or orders received before the weekend.
Orders are processed for delivery on business days only. We do not roast or process orders on weekends.
We send out all UK Mainland orders using Royal Mail or FedEx. Please be aware that during busy periods we might take an extra day to dispatch orders and although Royal Mail and FedEx offer next day delivery this is not a guaranteed service.
UK Mainland delivery:
- 250g to 1.75kg will be dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked.
- 2kg to 20kg will be dispatched via FedEx Tracked.
- 20.01kg+ will be dispatched in multiple packages and split depending on quantity and weight.
Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands:
Delivery charges are the same as UK mainland. Please be aware that delivery might take several days. We reserve the right to use a different courier or postal service for some remote location post codes.
Non-perishable Goods
We aim to fulfil our non-perishable goods (merchandise) within 2–5 business days for all production techniques.
97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than 50% of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or fewer but this is not guaranteed.
Our fulfilment times are an estimate, but not a guarantee.
We reserve the right to use a different delivery method at any time but will always send all orders with a reliable courier service.
