FAQ's
Do you ship overseas?
Unfortunately not. We are a U.K. business and do not ship overseas.
How long will it take to get my order(s)?
It depends on where you are in the U.K. and what product(s) you order. Don't forget, we're not Amazon!
Coffee, Tea & Hot Chocolate.
Our perishable goods are roasted to order (roasted on-demand) and take approximately 1-2 days to process depending on the time of day and day of the week your order is placed, before being scheduled for delivery.
We use a mixture of Royal Mail and FedEx depending on the weight of your order. It can then take 1-3 business days for you to recieve your order.
Merchandise.
These items are entirely made to order and can take several days to arrive due to their bespoke nature. Our merchandise products have an estimated delivery window below the add-to-cart buttons although they can arrive sooner than the estimate. We think they're worth the wait :)
My order shows 2 different tracking numbers?
If you order a mixture of our coffee, tea, or hot chocolate and any of our merchandise, your order will be split in order for your custom products to be produced.
Each type of product will be shipped from it's specialist location - hence the two different tracking numbers.
I'm not sure which type of coffee (grind) option to order...
Please note, every coffee machine and piece of brewing equipment is different. It may take a little experimentation to get the best results from your grind option.
Filter Ground.
If you tend to let your coffee brew in a Cafetiere, drip through a Drip Filter, or bubble through a Moka Pot* then this is for you. It's not as fine and won't clump together giving you maximum brew results!
Espresso Ground.
A finer grind, this type compliments any espresso machine, but usually ones at the lower end of the price range. The grinds allow water pressure to extract all of the coffee goodness from the grounds, although depending on the 'blend' you may find it suits the espresso machine that you own regardless of the type.
Whole Bean.
Our go-to option. If you are really into appreciating the tasting notes of a 'blend' and getting that espresso shot extraction just right, then grinding your own beans is a must! Once you grind your own beans, you won't accept anything else :)
*Depending on the make, you may get better results with Espresso Ground.
